Project Accountability: Take full accountability for implementation, adherence to project indicators, and achievement of outcomes. Ensure quality inputs and maintain rigorous monitoring.
Program Alignment: Implement and communicate national updates to the Livelihood program within the region.
Issue Management: Identify and address issues, opportunities, and risks that may impact program success within the region.
Market Research: Conduct regional research to assess youth needs, job demand, and trends in employment and training.
Representation: Represent Our Client in regional interactions with funders, partners, and external audiences regarding the Livelihoods program.
